At the grocery store, look for the darkest red or pink grapefruit you can find. It’s color indicates the presence of more lycopene, The chemical that provides most of the recipe’s regenerating antioxidant powers cut the grapefruit in half and then squeeze one of the halves into a bowl. (Better eat that remaining grapefruit it’s high in vitamin C and fiber! )
Add the yogurt and use a spoon to mix. Apply a thick layer of the mixture to clean skin. This mask can get drippy, so lie down to prevent it from running into your eye’s or making a mess. Leave the mask on for up to 10 minutes.
1/2 red or pink grapefruit
1/2 cup organic, full fat plain yogurt
