Happy New Year everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great start to the new year. I was at the gym by 6am and went back at 9, unpacked a little at the new offices and now working on moving my home office while my cabbage is cooking. I wanted to share a little fun fact about eating cabbage own New Years. Here is my cabbge recipe;
One large cabbage
Boil with lots of black pepper and lemon and Cajun seasoning.
Why eat cabbage on New Years Day?
The green leaves represent money. Cabbage and collard greens are late crops so plant the seed January 1 and harvest later!!!
